UPDATE | December, 22 2005 -- Circles Etc. moving to Louderman Lofts building
Circles Etc., which sells women's apparel, handbags and some artwork in the DeMun neighborhood of Clayton, will be moving to 313 N 11th Street in downtown St. Louis, once UMA has completed the move to a larger space around the corner in the same building.

UPDATE | December, 16 2005 -- Lofts at 2020 Washington SOLD OUT
All 103 condominiums lofts at 2020 Washington are now sold out.

UPDATE | December, 09 2005 -- Drunken Fish adding Laclede's Landing Location
Monsok So plans to spend $700,000 to turn the ground floor of the Cutlery Lofts Building into a Drunken Fish restaurant with plans to open in Summer 2006. The Laclede's Landing location will be the largest of three Drunken Fish restaurants.

UPDATE | December 01, 2005 -- Espresso Mod opens in the Paul Brown Building
Espresso Mod, a new downtown coffeehouse located at 210 North 9th Street on the main level of the Paul Brown Building, will be holding its Grand Opening on December 9th. The menu will feature a variety of specialty coffees, frappes, smoothies and iced teas as well as salads, pastries and gelatos will be available as well. Espresso Mod plans to expand with a lunch menu, including panini grilled sandwiches, sometime in the early spring.

UPDATE | November 18, 2005 -- SanSai Japanese Grill to open in The Paul Brown
SanSai Japanese Grill, a California-based restaurant chain, will open its fourth St. Louis location in the Paul Brown Building at 820 Olive Street downtown.

UPDATE | November 07, 2005 -- UMA moving to a larger space by March 2006.
Urban Materials + Accessories (UMA) will be moving to a larger space in the Louderman Lofts building (where Heuer Hardware and Locksmith were on the corner). Mike Finan said the move will happen in Mid-Feb early March. Heuer Hardware will relocate to the Board of Education building just a block and a half east on Locust.

UPDATE | October 19, 2005 -- Coming Soon to the Morgan Linen Lofts Building
Look for several new venues to open in the Morgan Linen Lofts building. The Loft Jazz Club will feature live bands, the Santo Bento restaurant will open with great stir fry at around $6.50 - $7.00 a plate, and plans are being worked out to open a Greisedieck Brothers micro brewery!

UPDATE | October, 07 2005 -- Salt of the Earth Opens in the Alexander Lofts Bldg.
Salt of the Earth celebrated their Grand Opening on Friday, October 07, 2005. The store carries unique, hand-made works of art skillfully crafted by European and Mexican artisans.

UPDATE | October 01, 2005 -- The Formula-GRAND OPENING
Formula hosted there Grand opening party of the year in the old Club Isis space on October 01 with an exclusive performance by the international Superstar DJ Boy George.

UPDATE | October 13, 2005 -- Copia Urban Winery Opens in Vanguard Loft Building
In addition to Copia's main dining room, the restaurant space includes a hideaway courtyard patio with seating for 200 guests, a wine cellar, an intimate private dining room, an indoor bar, and a banquet room for private events. Copia also houses a retail wine shop with over 280 wines, high-end wine accessories, and gourmet food items.

UPDATE | September 22, 2005 -- Casa Semplice Grand Opening September 30th
St. Louis' newest kitchenware store, Casa Semplice located at 321 North 10th Street, will have their Grand Opening on Friday, September 30th from 10 am - 6 pm.

UPDATE | September 2005 -- Windows Lofts Now Available for Occupancy
Windows Lofts at 1601 Washington Avenue are now ready for move-ins.

UPDATE | September 2005 -- WestTown Lofts Now Accepting Reservations
WestTown Lofts are planned for occupancy for Summer 2006.

UPDATE | June 23, 2005 -- Peoples Bank to open in the Paul Brown Lofts
Peoples National Bank, chartered as a national bank in 1909, will soon open its first branch in downtown St. Louis in the Paul Brown building at 826 Olive Street.

UPDATE | June 18, 2005 -- MacroSun International opens in Knickerbocker Lofts
MacroSun International had moved from its Delmar Loop location to a newly renovated space on the ground floor of the Knickerbocker Building at 1310 Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis.

UPDATE | June 14, 2005 -- Construction has been completed on The Paul Brown
Construction has been completed and the building renovation is finished. The building is now the new home to Espresso Mod Coffee House, The House Of Jewels, Curves International and soon to be SanSai Japanese Grill.

UPDATE | June 13, 2005 -- St. Louis Bread Company will open in Metro Lofts
Developer Conrad Properties proudly welcomes its newest Metro Lofts resident – the St. Louis Bread Company. The popular bakery-cafe will open June 13 in the Metro Loft’s west building located on Forest Park Blvd. between Euclid and Taylor in the Central West End (CWE).

UPDATE | March 11, 2005 -- Washington Avenue Post will open late March
The Washington Avenue Post will open in the Garment Row Lofts building in late March. It is a business support center featuring office supplies, national and international shipping, printing, professional business services and public notary on demand. The store will include a fine coffee and espresso bar with pastries, comfortable seating, breakfast meeting catering (with free delivery) and free wireless internet service. UPDATE | March 11, 2005 -- Flannery's Restaurant & Sports Bar
Now open. Flannery's is a 3,000 square foot neighborhood pub and sports bar that offers 10 kinds of beer on tap, with over 45 beers from the bottle, entertainment, dartboards, video games, and a 40-foot wall of televisions.

UPDATE | March 11, 2005 -- The Annex Lofts Now Open
Orchard Investment Group, developers of the Terra Cotta Lofts, has completed conversion of the former Ely & Walker Dry Goods Warehouse buildings (built in 1917) to the Annex Lofts.
