St. Louis-based Kwame Developers received approval for more than $20,000 in state remediation tax credits to help development of a property at 1204 Washington Ave. in St. Louis.

Mayor Francis G. Slay presented Kwame Building Group Inc. with the Mayor’s Spirit of St. Louis Award in recognition of the firm's participation in the revitalization of downtown St. Louis.

UPDATE | March 6, 2003 -- Rudman on the Park Opens
The newly renovated "Rudman on the Park" is now open and home to two new office tenants and several residents. In addition to the 48 lofts that are newly completed, US Bank Community Development Corporation and Husch & Eppenberger, LLC have moved in.
