Registration takes place at the corner of Tucker Blvd. and Washington Avenue at 1203 Washington Ave. A tour program and map will be given out with your wristband at the tour registration area. Tickets are also available in advance at all Metro Tix locations.
The Downtown St. Louis Partnership has once again partnered with downtown residential properties to showcase the latest in luxury, affordable and convenient living. The Downtown Living Tour will be held on Saturday, June 10th and Sunday, June 11th from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Several properties open to view for the first time include Pointe 400, Bee Hat Apartments, Cupples Station Apartments, Majestic Stove Lofts, Packard Lofts and Fashion Square. Tickets will be available through Metrotix beginning in May and are $12 the day of the tour at the corner of Washington and Tucker.

February 24th, 2004 :: Fat Tuesday "Light Up the Night" Parade
The Fat Tuesday "Light Up the Night" Parade is a colorful night parade through the streets of downtwon St. Louis. Beginning
in the Schalfly Tap Room parking lot at Locust Street and 21st Street, the parade makes its way through the revitalized St.
Louis loft district and concludes at Washington Avenue and 4th Street at the top of Laclede's Landing.
May 15-16th, 2004 :: ACT II Street Festival & Downtown Housing Tour
The Downtown St. Louis Partnership presents the Annual Spring downtown Housing Tour on May 15th & 16th from 12PM until 5PM.
The self-guided tour will showcase over 12 diverse residential properties (lofts, condos and apartments) as well as many newly
developed projects. Seen for the first time will be the Vangard Apartments, Railway Lofts, West Gate Lofts and Garment Row
Lofts. Tickets are $10 each. Registration begins at 315 North 10th Street (corner of 10th and Locust).

In conjunction with the House Tour, the Downtown St. Louis Partnership will produce the ACT 2 Street Festival. The ACT 2 festival will be located on 10th Street between Locust & Olive Streets. Those attending can enjoy a main stage featuring a wide variety of music from St. Louis' favorite bands, art exhibits from local artists and eclectic food and beverages from city-based establishments.
May 30th, 2004 :: Washington Avenue Beat Festival
The district's night spots - Lo, Tangerine, Rue 13, Velvet and ISIS - will welcome 19 hip-hop and house-music mixmasters
and 8,000 clubgoers to the semiannual dance-music showcase. The party runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday and costs $10.
Wristbands are available at participating venues, along with Vintage Vinyl, Farrago, Revolve Records and MetroTix.

suffered this year because of rainy
weather, but still attracted 350 people. Over 700 people attended the fall Open House in September, 2001. Given the
conditions this year, the participants were propably a more seriously interested group. The spring tour featured apartments,
lofts, townhouses and single-family homes. Units for lease ranged between $500 and $3,000+ per month, while units for sale
ranged between $80,000 and $400,000+. Occupied units where also featured to show how people currently live
downtown.
September 20-22nd, 2002 :: The 2002 Fall "Downtown Open House"
started on Friday, September
20th giving residential brokers and downtown employees a sneak preview. Tours geared more for the
public were held on Saturday and Sunday 21st and 22nd.
December 14th, 2002 :: Seasons in the City
The Downtown St. Louis Residents Association will present A Holiday Happening
featuring: White Christmas at the Historic American Theatre. Dinner and overnight options will be available at
the Mayfair Hotel. St. Louis Parking is supporting this event with a $2.00 parking special at the Renaissance
Grand Parking Garage directly across the street from the American Theatre. The American is located downtown
St. Louis at 416 N. 9th Street at the Corner of 9th and St. Charles next to the new convention center
hotel. Beneficiaries include the 100 Neediest Cases.
