Larry Deutsch had sold the building at 901 Washington Avenue (formerly the Bank of St. Louis building) to
developer John Steffen of The Pyramid Companies. Pyramid will convert the former Bank of St. Louis
Building into 64 premium loft condominium units with an additional 12,000 square feet of street level retail
space.
