Pete Rothschild of Red Brick Realty is planning on spending around $12 million to renovate the five-story, Switzer Candy Company building on Laclede's Landing. The mixed-use development would include 28 condos and street-level retail, which may include a restaurant and candy shop. Up to $850,000 in state remediation tax credits have already been approved for the project.
