Lucas Park Loft Apartments opened in the mid 80's, has 60 units. They, along with the neighboring Knickerbocker building at 13th and Washington, are being renovovated and converted into loft condos. Amenities include a common rooftop deck with a panoramic view of the city. The Downtown Children's Center has been situated in the main level of the building at the corner of 13th and Washington since 1983.
