The Kwame Building Group is planning a new building for the southwest corner of Washington Ave. and Tucker Blvd. The seven-story, mixed-use building is said to include 17 loft units, five of which are 2 story penthouse units on the 6th & 7th floors. The loft condos will have 12-foot ceilings, exposed structural elements and secure on-site parking. Ground floor retail space will be located on Washington Avenue.
