Opus is moving forward with plans to build the Park East Lofts, a six-story, 52 unit building to be erected on property adjacent to the Park East Tower in the Central West End. Construction on the $20 million project could start Spring 2006 and is expected to take about 15 months to complete. The loft condos will range from 800 to 1500 sq. ft. with prices ranging from $250,000 to $550,000. The development will also include 8,000 sq. ft. of retail space and a city owned public parking garage.
