The 5-story old butcher supply building at Euclid and Washington in the Central West End is undergoing a $5.5 million renovation. The Maison Lofts will offer 14 luxury loft condominiums on the first through fourth floors, ranging from 1,580 - 1,730 sq ft each. Two penthouses will occupy the fifth floor, at 2,500 square feet each. The units will sell for $325,000 to $650,000 and should be ready for occupancy by the end of 2002.
