$32 million dollar, 213 new loft apartments located in the Central West End.
Metrolofts will consist of three, five-story buildings separated by landscaped courtyards.
The loft-style apartments will consist mostly of single-level one- and two-bedroom units with
rents ranging from $1000 to $1700 per month. The complex will offer secure underground parking.
The metrolofts will also include about 5,400 square feet of storefront space for live/work units.
The first building is scheduled to be completed in March 2004 with the other two buildings having
a completion date of mid-2004.

Developer Conrad Properties proudly welcomes its newest Metro Lofts resident – the St. Louis Bread Company.
The popular bakery-cafe will open June 13 in the Metro Loft’s west building located on Forest Park Blvd.
between Euclid and Taylor in the Central West End (CWE).
