South Grand Police Station

D.H.P. Investors has recently purchased the former 3-story police station and stables at 2810 South Grand. Their plan call for 10 loft apartments on the property and is expected to be complete in early 2005. Developers Peter Rothschild and Michael Allen had orignially purchased the property for use as lofts, condominiums or apartments.
