The two-story building at 3441 Olive Street, formerly owned by Hart Printing Company, is being converted into the Moto Lofts and vintage-motorcycle museum. The museum will go inside 11,000 square feet on the first floor with the second floor to be converted into four loft apartments. The apartments will have open ductwork, laminate floors, stainless-steel appliances and cherry wood cabinets. The units range from 800 square feet to 1,250 square feet and should lease for about $1 a square foot a month.
