The L&N Railroad Building is located in the Old Post Office District. The $4.5 million renovation/conversion of the 6 story office building includes 10 luxury loft condominiums on the upper floors and retail space on the lower levels. The project is being devoloped by Metropolitan Design & Building. The building had been vacant since the early 1990's after United Missouri Bank moved out.
