The Morgan Linen Lofts project is in the old Dinks Parrish Laundry, a building with a terra cotta front with Late Gothic Revival and Moorish styling. The building is located near Saint Louis University and will include a jazz club and 10 second-floor, 2- and 3-bedroom loft apartments. Move-ins are expected by the Fall 2005 school year.

Look for several new venues to open in the Morgan Linen Lofts building. The Loft Jazz Club will feature live bands, the Santo Bento restaurant will open with great stir fry at around $6.50 - $7.00 a plate, and plans are being worked out to open a Greisedieck Brothers micro brewery!
