Developer Patrick Stanley is planning a $4.2 million renovation of the former St. Louis Motorcar Company into 30 loft apartments. The St. Louis Motorcar Company was the first automobile manufacturer in St. Louis. Construction on the project should begin on April 01, 2004 with completion of the apartments planned for September 15th. Rents will range between $750 to $1,300 a month.
