George E. Walsh Building

McGowan|Walsh Historic Renovators are planning to convert this historic warehouse into 60 rental loft apartments on floors two - six with a tentative move-in date of December 2006. The building will feature a pool and clubhouse as well as a health club and wellness center at street level. There is also expected to be close to 20,000 sq. ft. of street level retail and restaurant space available.
