Packard Lofts

The Packard Lofts is a development by McGowan|Walsh in the old Packard Palace showroom, just across from the Schlafly Saint Louis Brewery and Tap Room. Plans are to convert the building into 33 luxury loft condominiums and 8,000 sq. ft. of restaurant space. The project is expected to cost around $8 million and should be ready by Summer 2006. The lofts condos will range from 900 to 1,800 sq. ft. with prices starting at $150,000 and going up to $455,000 for penthouse suites. Reservations are now being accepted.
