The previous owner renovated the building, after it was purchased in 1991. The building has since been published in both national and international interior design publications. The building was recently sold through the Friedman Group, Ltd. & Friedman Development, Ltd.

Three of the four floors are already finished. The 1st floor has been renovated for office or club space. The 2nd and 3rd floors are finished residential lofts, and the 4th floor has been left unfinished. The building has a full basement.
