The Annex Lofts are located in the Washington Avenue Loft District. This $15 million project is being created by the developers of the Terra Cotta Lofts and will include 77 condominium lofts. Units in the eight-story building range from 1,010 - 2,436 square feet and are priced from $175,900 to $309,900. Secured parking will be available in the new adjoining 256-space garage.

Building amenities include a fitness center, a terraced garden/entertainment area with spas and a grill, an inviting lobby and community seating areas on each of the eight- residential levels. Construction is set to begin Spring 2004 with the first units to be available Spring 2005.
 
UPDATE | March 11, 2005 -- The Annex Lofts Now Open
Orchard Investment Group, developers of the Terra Cotta Lofts, has completed conversion of the former Ely & Walker Dry Goods Warehouse buildings (built in 1917) to the Annex Lofts.
