The Avenida Lofts :: 1235 Washington Avenue

Jacob Development Group has purchased the old Mark Lemp Footwear building at 1235 Washington and named it The Avenida, meaning The Avenue, because of it’s key location on Washington Avenue. They plan to renovate the building into 54 condo lofts consisting of units ranging in size from 1200 to 2200 sf. The average sf price will be $205/sf. The building's ceilings key assets are timber structure, exterior will be exposed red brick and floors to be standard concrete with the sound mat underneath. The building is in great shape and will offer the same street level 10,000 sf retail opportunities needed to continue to enhance the Washington Avenue culture.
