Rudman Building : 1901
The Rudman building was designed in 1901 for the corporate headquarters of the Peter's Shoe Company.
McGowan Brothers Development closed on the Rudman Building at 1228 Washington Avenue in October of 2001.
The eight story building, a mixed use development project, underwent a complete refurbishment for
residential loft apartments and about 40,000 square feet of retail space. The building includes a rooftop
deck, pool, gardens, underground parking and a fiber optic loop.

Rudman on the Park Opens
The newly renovated "Rudman on the Park" is now open and home to two new office tenants and several
residents. In addition to the 48 lofts that are newly completed, US Bank Community Development
Corporation and Husch & Eppenberger, LLC have moved in.
