Loop Lofts

Amrit and Amy Gill of Restoration St. Louis plan to redevelop the former Bardenheier Winery on the St. Louis-Wellston border into more than 100 lofts plus a restaurant and commercial space. The development is near Washington University's main campus and the University City Loop.
