Orignally built in 1905 for a music company, this seven-story building has been home to the Ludwig Aeolian piano store for 66 years, from 1920 to 1986. LoftWorks is planning an $8.9 million historic rehab, which includes 17 apartments, 9,000 sq. ft. of office space and 900 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail.
 
UPDATE | July, 10 2006 -- Ludwig Lofts historic rehab to move forward in 2006
LoftWorks has the Ludwig Lofts building under contract and plans to move forward on the historic rehab sometime this year.
