Developer John Steffen, president of Pyramid Construction Company, had purchased the Curlee Building at 1001 Washington; the Dorsa Building at 1007 Washington and the building at 1015 Washington from Larry Deutsch. Plans are to redevelop the building into a mix of office, residential and retail space at a cost of around $32 million.
